Our role is to provide clear leadership and act as the central point of coordination across consultants, contractors and stakeholders so projects remain aligned as they move forward.
Established by Matthew Jess and Robert Crawford, ROMA brings together decades of experience managing projects within complex operating environments. Clients work directly with the people responsible for delivery, providing continuity of advice and confidence in decision making throughout each engagement.
Our approach reflects how we have worked throughout our careers. Projects are structured early, decisions are made with the right information in front of the client and issues are addressed before they become problems. Just as importantly, every stakeholder involved in delivery is treated with respect, whether that is a site foreman coordinating trades or a client making strategic decisions. That consistency of involvement helps keep projects connected and moving with clarity from start to finish.
