Our Services

Supporting landlord capital works, capital planning and tenant workplace projects.

ROMA delivers project management across building upgrades, capital works programmes and workplace delivery projects, supporting both building owners and incoming tenants from early planning through construction and completion. We also provide capital works advisory services that help landlords establish the structure, priorities and delivery frameworks required to plan and implement capital programmes effectively.

ROMA supports both building owners and incoming tenants across a wide range of project types. Much of our experience has been developed working within institutional landlord environments, which provides a strong understanding of how buildings operate and how capital works programmes are planned and delivered. This perspective also informs our landlord advisory services, helping owners establish the right structure, priorities and delivery frameworks to plan and implement capital works programmes effectively.

Landlord capital works

ROMA supports building owners in planning and delivering capital works programmes across existing assets.

This includes asset repositioning initiatives, base building upgrades, services infrastructure replacement, speculative fitouts, end of trip facilities, façade works and targeted improvements aligned with leasing or operational priorities. We coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders from early scoping through construction and completion, ensuring projects remain aligned with asset strategy, programme requirements and day to day building operations.

Asset Repositioning
