Engaged by Lendlease Real Estate Investments to establish and implement a national capital works program management function. Working directly with the General Manager of Asset Operations, ROMA developed governance frameworks, stakeholder RACI structures, project prioritisation tools, and financial reporting protocols. Conducted a service provider panel procurement event in partnership with JLL and mobilised priority FY26 capital works to generate program momentum from day one.
